For more than 40 years, Marne Junior Baseball, has touched the lives of many families and businesses in our community. We are a small, volunteer run league with typically 80-100 players. Our regular season runs from April following spring break to early June. Older team players are invited to join us for an extended season into summer.
Our 3 fields are behind the old Marne School which has been closed for many years and was purchased by a local church. The church has welcomed us with open arms and the fields are ours to use for the foreseeable future. All teams (above T-Ball level) play games at home and away with several area communities. Schedules are coordinated through Coopersville Recreation Department..
We receive no funding from any city or twp entity and we are an independent stand alone organization. Our funding comes from the generous support of local businesses.
Our directors are volunteers. It is our mission to continue Marne Junior Baseball's long-standing tradition of providing family fun for kids of all skill levels. We are always open to suggestions, ideas, and additional help. If you have an issue with a player, parent, spectator, or coach, please call so we may address it promptly.
